Increased Police Patrols in Hall Village and District ACT and NSW

In response to requests from the Village of Hall and District Progress Association, both ACT Chief Police Officer Scott Lee and NSW Hume District Police Superintendent Linda Bradbury have confirmed that increased patrols by ACT and NSW Police respectively will be undertaken in Hall Village and surrounding district of Wallaroo, Spring Range and Nanima during the Christmas New Year period.

In Wallaroo, Spring Range and Nanima, police from Yass Station and Highway Patrol Command will conduct high visibility patrols and traffic enforcement with concern for antisocial and criminal driving behaviour, illegal dumping of rubbish and unlawful entering and burglary of rural properties.

In and around Hall village, police from ACT Road Policing and Gungahlin Station will conduct regular patrols with a focus on unlawful driving and community safety.
