VHDPA Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Village of Hall and District Progress Association will take place at the Hall Pavilion on Wednesday 15 August 2018 at 7.00pm. The business of the AGM will be:
(a) to confirm the minutes of the last annual general meeting held 16 August 2017;
(b) to confirm the minutes of the general meeting held 31 May 2018;
(c) to receive from the committee reports on the activities of the Association during the last financial year;
(d) to receive and consider the statement of accounts and the reports that are required to be submitted to members under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 section 73 (1);
(e) to declare vacant all positions of members of the committee including office-bearers; and
(f) to elect members of the committee including office-bearers.

In relation to item (f) the nomination form should be submitted to the secretary before the AGM.
$10 membership applications or renewals are due each financial year by using any of the following methods prior to commencement of the AGM:
- Online ;
- Completion of the form; or
- In person at the AGM.
