Pavilion on the web

31 July 2012

It just got a lot easier to find information about the Hall Pavilion, and makes a booking, with the launch of a new 'Pavilion hire' web page.

The new page includes a detailed 'Pavilion Fact Sheet' setting out the size, capacity and main features of the facility, illustrated with a range of photos. There is also an intelligent location map, which will present the best route for getting to the Pavilion (walk or drive) from the enquirer's address.

As well as the Fact Sheet, users can also download an information sheet on hiring the Pavilion, and a Pavilion Booking Form. The bookings diary is 'on-line', but only for the use of administrators at this stage.

As part of the process to make booking the Pavilion simpler and easier for hirers. there is now a single dedicated mobile phone number - 0449 867 630 - and a new email address for Pavilion enquiries -

The Pavilion is managed by the Progress Association on behalf of the community, and is a fine community asset. This new step forward in managing it is a very welcome one.
