Hall girl back in town

14 July 2010

Jacqui Livingston, who is starring in the David Hare play "Skylight" at the Canberra Theatre Centre Courtyard Studio from 14 to 24 July, is a former Hall resident. Known to her family and friends as Jacqui Robson, she is part of the Robson clan that lived at the top of Victoria Street for many years. The Robsons were well known for their involvement in the village community. Jacqui's father Phil has recently been re-appointed Heritage Officer with the Hall Village and District Progress Association.

Jacqui is performing in her first professional show in her hometown of Canberra since her graduating from the Actors Centre in 2008. She attended Rosary Primary School, Merici and Daramalan Colleges where her love of drama and theatre began.

Jacqui plays the role of Kyra in "Skylight"; a play which wrestles with the fragility of the human heart and the obstinate complexities of the mind.

Well done Jacqui - and good luck!
