Roger has personally directed and guided substantial organisational reform, involving major shifts in cultural institutional behaviour, the success of which was publicly recognised through the award of an AM in 1996. Roger’s achievements have also been recognised by Florida State University in the award of Outstanding Alumnus in 2001 for contributions to the field of education and training systems.

Roger maintains a focused professional interest in education and training initiatives that encourage a learning culture; particularly centred on the importance they have in the values based leadership of successful organisations. His consulting, coaching and mentoring of senior executives and their teams in the private and public sectors are founded on the latest values based research and development.
